The Combined Operations Center is a group dedicated to the strategies to be promoted and the tactics to be deployed in the event of a armed conflict developing between polarized adversarial factions in the United States of America. No one wants widespread civil unrest and a armed insurection or a second civil war, but, that is not a choice that we have the liberty of determining. The fact of the matter is that the decision has already been made and plans have already been formulated. The left, with the BLM, ANTIFA and the NFAC, are using standard marxist tactics to provoke civil unrest and advance a socialist agenda being orchestrated by "The Squad" and formulated with imput from a frienship between Opal Tometi, a BLM founder, and Nicolas Maduro, the socialist dictator of Venezuela (Look her up on Wiki).
The only two options at this point is to resist, or submit. Anyone that thinks peaceful non-violent mediation could resolve the issue is living in a fantasy land. The group therefore is a discussion of available strategic objectives and tactical goals that can be utilized for the purpose of demonstrating a organized rapid response and tactical superiority. The discussions will be about overall defensive posture as well as offensive operations utilizing small unit tactics as well as reinforced battalion strength assaults on urban targets using the counter-guerilla warfare playbook.
